As a certified PRYT instructor, women's coach, and new mother of one with two bonus children, I am dedicated to guiding and supporting you through your pre and postnatal journey towards a transformed life.

At Anacani Walters, my mission is to empower pregnant parents to have a healthy pregnancy and postpartum recovery so that they can confidently navigate this special time in their lives. I am committed to providing the knowledge and resources needed to reduce the risk of complications during pregnancy and childbirth and ensure a smooth recovery after giving birth. Prenatal Yoga
My prenatal yoga classes go beyond simply modifying yoga poses for pregnancy. I celebrate the pregnancy journey through community building, incorporate childbirth education, and strive to make your pregnancy as comfortable as possible by addressing any aches or pains in your body.
Each class includes poses that bring balance and alignment to the pelvic floor and & uterine ligaments encouraging your baby to move into a more optimal birthing position. You will learn how to become in tune with yourself and develop a deeper connection and bond with the baby.

Prenatal asanas (yoga poses) are used to discover useful skills to treat pregnancy symptoms and physically prepare for a beautiful birth. Students explore poses that allow for safe, strong sensations, as well as new ways to connect to their pregnant bodies and baby. This offers you the chance to learn what coping skills you may gravitate toward, as well as how to use them when you are experiencing physical and mental discomfort (like in labor and early parenthood). This mindful exploration of breath and movement will leave you feeling more prepared for whatever lies ahead in your pregnancy, birth, and beyond.

I integrate Journal Prompts that can be shared anonymously at the end of the class. I also offer an open discussion for students to share anything they want from experiences (positive/negative), snacks, podcasts, products, books, and more. This class is seamlessly integrated with childbirth education through community support. This empowers students to continuously learn about pregnancy, the birth process, and early parenthood in a very digestible, non-intimidating way. I always encourage birthing partners to join in the class to connect with mother and baby!

Prenatal Yoga on Wheels is a twist on your traditional Private lesson where we come to you! Now you can enjoy it in the privacy of your own space by letting us come to you! Each lesson is 60 minutes with a personalized practice to address your pregnancy and body needs whether its back pain, nausea, or acid reflux. Receive a Customized-Printable sequence to follow on your own at home. Group classes are available at an additional charge per student. Equipment can be provided at an additional cost. PHAT Mermaids is a proud sponsor of Young Living and all my equipment is cleaned using natural, chemical-free Thieves cleaner.



Prenatal Beach Yoga. Practicing yoga prenatally can offer so many wonderful benefits by providing a holistic approach to embrace motherhood. Why not enjoy enjoy it on a beautiful beach in Okinawa, Japan!

We will be outside enjoying the elements of the ocean. Postures are practiced to align, strengthen, and promote what your body needs to have an easy birth on my inflatable mats. Breathing techniques and meditation are also integrated to help get your mind get ready for labor. Emphasis on simplicity, repetition, and ease of movement. Full-body relaxation and groundedness are the goals.

Postnatal yoga is a gentle and safe way to exercise after childbirth. It focuses on rebuilding the pelvic floor, core, and back muscles that may have weakened during pregnancy and labor. Our classes are suitable for all fitness levels, from beginners to experienced yogis. In addition to physical benefits, postnatal yoga can help reduce symptoms of postpartum depression and anxiety, increase relaxation, and promote a sense of well-being.  I will guide you through a series of gentle poses and breathing techniques that are safe and effective for postpartum recovery.
